Unreliable service and lack of communication.I had an appointment scheduled for 2nd May and waited from 1:00 PM without any communication from the provider. Phone calls were not answered, and I sent a message at 2:49 PM requesting an estimated time of arrival. I did not receive a response until 3:43 PM, at which point I was informed that the appointment could not be fulfilled and was rescheduled to Wednesday, 7th MayBased on this experience, I cannot recommend this business to anyone seeking a dependable and professional automotive locksmith.

Was the cheapest for a quote on a Mercedes key fob. Came same day and fixed our old fob and made a new for for $100 cheaper than quoted. Definitely the best auto locksmith I've come across. Thanks Michael

I needed a key cut, programmed and error code’s deleted in my Mazda from a mobile automotive locksmith to get my car back on the road during the week, I left a message for a quote on the website and Mike was quick to get back. When he arrived he cut and programmed me a key and scanned my cars computer on the spot. Deleted error codes and got my car going. He was very helpful, professional and saved my day. I highly recommend, didn’t cost me an arm and a leg either.

Michael is probably the best locksmith I've met! He goes extra mile to make sure everything works before he decided to charge! Highly recommend his work and patience! He is very reliable and is very experienced to resolve tricky European car key issues!

Michael came to our rescue at Brisbane Airport when our key was stolen whilst on holidays. He met us at the airport the same morning and set us up with a new key. His service and communication were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

I had to replace my ecu with a spare from a wreckers and struggled get anyone including auto electricians and a Toyota garage to program it to my car. Michael was willing to have ago and got my car going again would definitely recommend, thanks again.

Couldn’t be happier, I had a key that broke, and a spare that wasn’t programmed correctly. Michael was able to replace the broken key and reprogram the spare and for a much more reasonable price than the competitors.

Thank you Michael. Great service replacing my ignition barrel at a time when I could not afford to be off the road. Fast and professional. He was flat-out busy, but given my predicament, he went above and beyond to include me into his schedule to get my issue resolved. I cannot recommend him highly enough for your automotive locksmith needs.

I had the frustratingly common ignition barrel problem with my VW Golf. Brisbane Automotive Locksmith fixed my ignition on site in 30mins for at least 1/3 of the price of every locksmith around Brisbane. He is honest and won’t rip you off (some of the auto locksmith companies quoted me a couple of grand… ridiculous!). Everything works perfectly fine now. Highly recommend him for auto locksmith jobs:

Locked out of car, no battery inside, Audi Q5. Michael was the 8th person I spoke to (locksmiths and mechanics). He was the first one willing to attempt to help me and also would not give up. Ended up getting back into the vehicle. Reasonable price, professional, great attitude.

Key was getting stuck in ignition barrel and wouldn't turn to start car. Called Michael and he as able to get there in 30 min. Worked out what was wrong - recut new key on site and also removed and serviced the ignition barrel. Really appreciated the effort he put in - didnt give up until a solution was achieved. Happy with the price for the time and effort he put into it - honest price thank you. Will use again and recommend.
